POLARFEST III

Polarfest is an event that brings together communities to encourage the internal healing of the physical, mental and emotional health of the individual. The event provides spacious and powerful experiences like breath-work, cold therapy, meditation practices, health related speakers, prizes and giveaways, yoga and music - 100% facilitated by locals.
It all began as a response to those experiencing stress and isolation during the pandemic, which quickly snowballed into the community showing up full force within the same intention - interconnectivity and internal power. Polar fest showed us to never underestimate the power of community with our latest event in Calgary, Canada (and over 50 attendees) where a local news crew attended to write an article about the experience.

Polarfest events have now traveled internationally from Canada to the Philippines, inspiring individuals of all ages to focus on their physical and mental health, and to deeply believe in themself.
This movement and event embodies the importance of community, and how community is the founding pillar of an individual’s true health. Each time we come together during these events we only grow in our unified and individual strength. This time around is no different, we’re coming together to release limiting beliefs and unify with the community to remember our greatness, power and truest version of self. See you there Calgary.
